Nicole “Nicci” Hinderaker

Nicole “Nicci” Hinderaker is a partner at Hinderaker & Yrun-Duffy Family Law. A Certified Family Law Specialist, Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and current President of the Arizona Chapter of the AAML, Nicci has practiced juvenile and family law for more than 25 years. She represents clients in complex divorce, high-asset property division, spousal maintenance, legal decision-making, parenting time, child support, paternity and termination of parental rights. Nicci volunteers her time serving on the Pima County Superior Court Commissioner Selection Committee, and provides pro bono legal advice and assistance to low-income litigants through Step Up to Justice.
